Established in 1990, KMI Construction Industries is a second generation construction company serving the greater St Louis, MO area.  Originally KCI Construction, KMI Construction was renamed in 2005 as it was incorporated.  KMI Construction can assist homeowners with any home improvement projects. 

We specialize in exterior services including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, kitchens, baths, basements, room additions, and complete restoration services for fire, water and storm damage. Our services are available for both residential and commercial customers.

At KMI Construction, we pride ourselves on customer service.  When you work with KMI, you will work with a manager or an owner. We do not hire commissioned salesmen.

We make sure that we are on a first name basis with every homeowner and that they are completely satisfied before we sign off on the job.
